About CERASHARP 4" Ceramic Paring Knife & Peeler Set
CERASHARP ceramic knives are made with a special formula nanometer-grade zirconia powder that's sintered (heated to just below melting point) for six days (6-times longer than most manufacturers) to produce blades with greater strength and superior cutting performance. The resulting ceramic material is almost as hard as diamond, holds an edge through many years of use, is shatter-proof, and resistant to bacteria & stains. For additional durability, CERASHARP blades are 1.6mm thick instead of 1.2mm used by other knife makers. Set includes 4" paring knife (8" overall), knife blade guard and Y-peeler. White ceramic blades with Lime Green handles. Dishwasher safe.
