Simple to install, this shelf adds more space so you can rotate pizzas with greater ease. Baste while cooking. Rest and keep food warm without overcooking. Built of 304 stainless steel, the innovative design keeps air moving under your pizza so it stays crisp, never soggy. Item Specs; - Mantel width 310 mm - Mantel depth 152 mm - Never try to assemble or remove the Mantel when there is a live flame or oven is still warm. - Never lean on, or place more than 5kg onto the Mantel as it could make the oven unstable. - Remove the Mantel before transporting the oven, failing to do so could cause damage to the oven. - Ensure the Mantel is correctly installed before turning the oven on. There should be no movement or rattling when it’s correctly assembled.
