The large 10 1/2 x 16-inch cooking surface provides ample space for making delicious breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, eggs, and bacon, as well as grilled sandwiches, fajitas, burgers and more. Rest assured, the ceramic nonstick surface is PFAS free for healthy cooking. The griddle’s backstop ledge, low-profile styling, and cool-touch base help you serve hot meals or appetizers right from the griddle. The Control Master® heat control maintains the desired cooking temperature automatically. For cleaning, the slide-out drip tray empties easily, and the griddle is fully immersible with the heat control removed.
