This 5-1/2-quart Dutch oven is constructed of durable cast iron coated in enamel, which provides the best attributes of traditional cast iron, but at 50% less weight. Oven safe up to 400 degrees F and compatible with all heat sources including gas, electric, induction and ceramic top ranges. Features a pre-seasoned interior suitable for browning and searing, while the porcelain enameled exterior allows for fast, easy clean up. The tempered glass lid seals in nutrients and flavors, while allowing you to monitor food as it cooks. This product is not dishwasher safe. Hand washing is recommended.
