Quickly fry and enjoy your favorite foods cooked with the Elite Gourmet 1.5Qt. deep fryer. Use the compact personal basket to fry batches of your favorite buffalo wings for 1 or 2 people. The basket is equipped with a convenient resting hook for easy draining of excess oil and a cool-touch handle. Featuring a 375F degree adjustable temperature dial, you can easily control the frying of delicate foods at a lower temperature or heartier foods at a higher temperature. The unit also has a cool-touch lid with a built-in viewing window and odor filter with carbon filters. The deep fryer is designed with a power indicator light to let you know when the deep fryer is powered on and ready for cooking. Cleanup is a breeze, simply remove filter from lid and place it and the frying basket in the dishwasher, then wipe down the body and oil pan.
