The pots and pans are finished with our Thermolon healthy ceramic nonstick coating, which is reinforced with diamonds for extra strength and better nonstick release. Our coating is also free of PFAS, PFOA, lead and cadmium and will never release toxic fumes, even when overheated. Dishwasher safe. Oven safe up to 320°F, lids up to 425°F.
