The Arcos Regia Series carving knife has a long, thin and narrow blade and a smooth edge. This knife is ideal for cutting ham since its flexible blade allows the knife to adjust to the ham’s surface, achieving an extremely precise cut. This series takes elegance to the next level thanks to the black and gold combination on the handle, forming a combination of classic lines.
Precision and durability: This ham slicer knife is made using a stainless steel patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. Lastly, this knife has been designed with a golden glass ferrule and rivets to ensure a better grip.
Safety and design: The handle is made of polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
