About Vollrath 19 Qt. Optio™ Value Price Brazier
This optio brazier pan is perfect for long slow cooking and browning meats. Made of 18-gauge stainless steel material. It has a aluminum-clad bottom for quick and even heat distribution and an economy line designed for lighter duty cooking. Brushed stainless steel surface distributes heat quickly. The bottom is protected by a thin wafer of stainless steel to prevent denting and scratching. The large diameter cooking area allows for braising large pieces of meat and the shallow height permits small amounts of liquid to be used. This brazier pan has durable spot welded handles. It is NSF listed. Comes with 19-quart capacity. Measures 6-inch depth by 15-3/4-inch diameter.
