Whether brushing a beaten egg or milk glaze over a pastry, spreading homemade tomato sauce over pizza dough, or applying a light coat of oil to a skillet, this Silicone pastry brush by Le Creuset makes a useful addition to any busy kitchen. The pastry brush features a stain-resistant, non-abrasive Silicone head that resists odor and flavor absorption and can withstand heat up to 482-degrees F (250-degrees C). The utensil's fine, flexible bristles resist shedding, while its compact size allows for precise control. Even more, the brush provides a wood handle that offers a comfortable grip and comes with a hole at the end for convenient hanging storage. To clean, simply remove the Silicone head and place it in the dishwasher or wash it by hand with warm, soapy water. The wood handle is not dishwasher-safe and should be washed by hand only. The pastry brush measures approximately 6-4/5 by 1-1/5 by 1-1/5-Inch.
