Ateco #4847 12 piece mini cutter set is designed for cutting aspic jelly decorations. It also works for cake or pastry decorations from fondant or pie crust. The 12 piece set has a range of shapes, all approximately 3/4-Inch wide and 3/4-Inch high and comes in a sturdy round container for long term, compact storage. The cutters have a plain edge for a nice straight cut and a rolled edge on top which is safe to press against.
