Combining flexibility with premium features, the Iron-A-Way ae42 built in ironing center comes standard with a 42 inch adjustable swivel fold away ironing board and the most sought after electrical features inside a cabinet built with unmatched quality. The deluxe 42 inch adjustable swivel hideaway ironing board is made of solid, ventilated steel, and swivels at a full 180 degrees, giving you flexibility in installation location and ironing position. Plus, the 4 inch adjustment makes it easy to find the most comfortable height. The board features a heavy duty undercarriage that was custom designed for ironing use, with an extruded aluminum swivel mechanism featuring Ball bearings and springs for added stability and rigid support. Electrical features include a sixty minute motor timer that powers the electrical Outlet, allowing the iron to be directly plugged into the unit. The convenient cord wrap takes the tangles out of ironing by securely holding the extra length of cord from the iron. A safety Disconnect switch cuts all power to the unit when the board is returned to its upright position, and the premium sized hot iron storage area lets you store the iron while hot. The unit can be wall mounted or Recessed for a flush installation.
