This 7 sorrows chaplet medal set features 1 medal for each of the 7 Sorrows, plus a large medal with the Sorrowful Mother and Jesus on the Cross, for a total of 8 medals. Made in Italy, silver oxidized, these are thick, heavy medals designed to last!. Center medal is 11/16" (1.7 cm), 2-hole medals are 3/4" (2 cm), and large medal is 1-1/6" (2.7 cm) in height.
