This cross is better known as the ‘comfort cross’ as holding the soft wood offers one solace and over time the cross will develop its own natural patina adding hues and richness. Sometimes just holding this cross will bring comfort. Choose from 5 different laser engraving. Give this cross as a Christening, Baptism, or a confirmation gift or for any occasion. When the child is older (over the age of 5) this can be his or her personal prayer cross. It is shaped unevenly in order to fit comfortably into his/her small hand. Product Dimension: 3.75" x 2" x 0.5" No two olive wood items are identical due to the natural coloring of the olive wood. We hand select special olive wood branches to create all of our designs. Please note that The olive wood Color & Appearance may change from piece to another - The Heartwood of the Olive Tree is a cream or yellowish brown, with darker brown or black contrasting streaks.
