Soak the wort side in a suitable cleaning solution 2. Rinse with water, after filling it with cleaning solution, tip it from side to side to make sure air bubbles escape 3. Let dry after it has been flushed 4. Connect wort-in port to the mash tun 5. Connect wort-out port to your fermenter 6. Connect water-in port to garden hose getting cool water 7. Connect water-out port to garden hose to remove warm water 8. Turn on the cooling water first and then open the valve on your pot to start the wort flow 9. Flush the wort side of the chiller with plenty of clean water immediately after use 10. To remove deposits, soak in a suitable cleaner for 4 hours and then flush TEST THE WATER SIDE Check leaks by running your garden hose briefly before cooling wort Use a KettleScreen on the inside of your pot to prevent large particles in the wort from clogging your chiller AVOID FREEZING & CHLORINE BLEACH If the chiller is allowed to freeze with liquid inside it, it could damage the plates Dilute chlorine bleach will rust the chiller if left in contact for more than 4 hours NOTE: Please careful on the first use, the bottom of the chiller is a little sharp!!!
