Easy to use and re-use: just fill with milk and drink after 20-24 hours after incubation at room temperature (higher than 70F recommended) or 10-14 hours at 80-95F.
Cage contains around 20 grams of Kefir Grains. It is enough for making from 650 ml (22 oz) to 1500 ml (40 oz) of fresh delicious Kefir during 20-24 hours at room temperature.
KEFIR GRAINS HOUSE (KGH-2). KGH-2 consists of plastic box with around 20 g of high quality Kefir Grains. Plastic box has numerous holes for free access of milk to Kefir Grains. This invention (patent pending)reduct needs of STRAINER, SPATULA, DISH WASHING AND OTHER MANIPULATIONS. Just put KGH-1 in jar or glass, fill jar with milk and drink after solidifying.
