When the steamer preheats, it is normal that there is noise, which is caused by the pump. 2. When the steamer starts to work, it is normal that there are particulates. 3. When using the steamer for the first time, there may be water drops and white particulate together with steam. This is normal. Please use the product on waste cloth first. Clean and Maintenance: 1.
