Rubber-Cal’s “Diamond-Plate” Commercial rubber mats for stairs are an affordable and eco-friendly solution to slippery stairways. Staircases both indoors and outdoors can be susceptible slips, trips, and falls on a regular basis. You can protect the sensitive surface of your stairs while preventing injuries to those traveling on them with these rubber step mats. These heavy-duty rubber stair treads are specially designed to maximize safety and protection on commercial stairways. The durable grips for stairs are made from a blend of natural and reclaimed rubber materials to give them excellent resistance to abrasions, moisture, and weather. These resistances allow the tread mats to withstand heavy foot traffic and exceed in outdoor applications. The key feature of these rubber stair covers is the unique “Diamond-Plate” pattern, which is comprised of thin protrusions to enhance traction and provide a clean industrial aesthetic. The protrusions alternate in direction to offer multidirectional slip-resistance even when the stairs are wet. These non-slip treads are available in two large sizes that are wider than our regular stair mats to fit the surface of most commercial staircases. The anti-slip stair treads measure 6-6.5mm in thickness, increasing at the nose to grip around the edge of the sub-steps. The 1.6-inch lip both secures the rubber step into place and prevents feet from slipping off the edge of the step.
