WARM PROPT: Since the door mat is packed by being folded up, it’s normal that the mat arrives with creases. To remove the creases, we recommend put the mat in the dryer on medium-high heat for 3-5 min and the rubber backing will temporarily soften slightly, then quickly remove it from dryer and either roll up or put it directly on floor. After a few days' use, the fold marks will disappear completely.
