Crafted from stain-resistant, non-abrasive Silicone, the bowls resists odor and flavor absorption and can withstand heat up to 482 degrees F (250 degrees C). They're also safe to use in the microwave, oven, refrigerator, and freezer. And like all Le Creuset Silicone, the bowls clean up easily with a simple cycle through the dishwasher.
