Provides hygienic-sanitary control focused on European regulations. The union between the blade and the handle is permanent, due to the injection process.

Specially designed for chopping, the Arcos 2900 range Chinese style 8 ½ inch, 600 grams and 3 mm thickness cleaver yellow color handle uses an ergonomic handle made of polypropylene plastic (PP). This material is resistant to high temperatures and non slippery. Blade is made of hardened and tempered Nitrum stainless steel. The 2900 provides different full color handles which allows each knife to be identified for cutting a specific food, thus promoting better hygiene and health for the consumer.
