Specially designed for slicing fish steaks, the Arcos 2900 range 11-1/2-inch, 450 grams, fish steak cleaver blue colour handle uses an ergonomic handle made of polypropylene plastic (PP). This material is resistant to high temperatures and non slippery. Blade is made of hardened and tempered Nitrum stainless steel. The 2900 provides different full colour handles which allows each knife to be identified for cutting a specific food, thus promoting better hygiene and health for the consumer.
