This bright yellow knife from the Pure Komachi 2 series is not only great in the kitchen, but it is great for picnics too. Featuring a serrated stainless steel blade, it is sure to retain a super sharp edge over time. Because of the wide spaced serrations, the knife is great for cutting a variety of fruits. The blade's nonstick coating helps it to slide through food easily, while making cleaning a simple task. Ergonomically designed, the handle has a lightweight, comfortable grip that reduces fatigue. The Pure Komachi 2 series features attention grabbing bright colors. However fun it is to use colored knives, the colors serve a more serious job. The color coded knives are achieved by bonding colored resin to the stainless steel blades. Because each of the knives are colored separately, it helps to prevent cross-contamination as well as making it easy to see which knife you are choosing.
