Handle is made of stainless steel type 430, which is decorative, and corrosion resistant. Blade thickness is 1.5mm. Knives are dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, a quick dry with soft cloth is recommended after washing. Limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty.
