The easy-to-use v-shaped blade notch measures 1/4" wide and cuts more precisely and deeper into fruit and vegetable skins than a traditional zester. Made from premium stainless steel from Solingen, Germany, a sharp tempered cutting edge glides across surfaces without bruising the flesh of fruits or vegetables. An ergonomic, lightweight polypropylene handle facilitates simple maneuvering and control for right- and lefthand use and a contoured shape provides a secure and comfortable grip. Made in Solingen, Germany, the Triangle Germany V-Shape Channel Knife measures 6-1/4" long with a 1/4" wide v-shaped blade notch. Food and dishwasher safe. In 1946, Erwin Hill founded "Hill Metal Fabrication" and started manufacturing rotary whisks from a patented design.
