Small Burner, Model G350 This burner fits 20-inch pans and smaller. It has two concentric rings of flame, and two knobs that independently control each ring. The outer ring is 14 inches, and the inner ring is 6 inches.The inner ring can be used by itself for 14-inch pans and smaller. Total BTU output is 32,000. This burner offers maximum control and flexibility, supplying even heat under the entire paella pan. Each ring is controlled by its own knob, so you can adjust the heat where and when it's needed.
