Oolong has a mild, sweet, woody flavor, while green tea has a distinct bitterness. To Brew: Begin with cold water. Preheat teapot. Use approx. 3 grams of tea leave for 6 ounces of water. Steep 4 minutes. Pour boiling water over tea. Do not boil in water when making tea.
