Loose Leaf Oolong Tea, also know as Wu Long Cha or 'black dragon" in Traditional Chinese herb is made of fermented green tea leaves. The unique flavor combines the robustness of black teas with the lighter tastes of green teas. With its inherent sweetness and golden color, Wu Long Cha herbal tea is a pleasure to drink. Oolong has a mild, sweet, woody flavor, while green tea has a distinct bitterness. To Brew: Begin with cold water. Preheat teapot. Use approx. 3 grams of tea leave for 6 ounces of water. Steep 4 minutes. Pour boiling water over tea. Do not boil in water when making tea.
