  • AUTHENTIC FRESH MATCHA: Sourced directly from the pristine tea fields of Uji and Kagoshima, our matcha is stone-ground to perfection, preserving its vibrant green color and rich flavor, while being 100% USDA certified organic. Our matcha green tea powder is all natural with nothing added (naturally gluten free and vegan)

  • SMOOTH, BALANCED MATCHA : Both for beginners and enthusiasts, our ceremonial grade matcha is the ideal choice for those new to matcha. Its balanced taste and smooth texture make it perfect for lattes, teas, and culinary creations.

  • VERSATILE USES: Ideal for traditional tea ceremonies, it can also be used in modern recipes such as lattes, smoothies, and baking, adding a unique flavor and nutritional boost.

  • JADE LEAF MATCHA: Jade Leaf is proudly the #1 Matcha brand in the US*. We source our matcha directly from family owned partner farms across the Uji and Kagoshima regions. Our tea masters fuse traditional and modern techniques to cultivate leaves brimming with flavor and nutrients, creating well rounded flavor blends, not found anywhere else.

  • BOOST FOCUS, NATURALLY: Experience the power of matcha without the jitters. Our matcha is packed with L-theanine, an amino acid that promotes relaxation and focus, while the natural caffeine provides sustained energy.

  • Matcha contains a class of antioxidants called Catechins, particularly epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), believed to help prevent free radicals in the body.

  • Matcha may offer a steadier and more sustainable source of energy compared to coffee, without the jitters or sudden crashes. This is due to the combination of naturally occurring L-theanine and caffeine in matcha powder, which has been shown to promote a calm and focused state while providing a consistent energy boost.

About Jade Leaf Matcha Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS What grade of Matcha is this, and how do I use it? This is Ceremonial Grade Matcha, which is meant to be prepared as tea. The traditional preparation is to simply whisk the Matcha powder with hot water, then enjoy. What's the difference between Culinary and Ceremonial grades? Simple: Culinary grade is meant for mixing into recipes as an ingredient, while Ceremonial grade is meant to be prepared traditionally as a tea (just mixed with hot water and whisked). Ceremonial allows you to enjoy the true taste of Matcha, as the Japanese have for centuries. Does it contain caffeine? Yes, each half-teaspoon (1g) serving contains roughly 34mg of caffeine, about 1/3 a cup of coffee. However, Matcha also contains L-Theanine, which has a calming and leveling affect, so it doesn't make you feel jittery or wired like coffee does. What are other health benefits? - Boosts metabolism and helps burns calories - Calms and relaxes you from stress or anxiety - Rich in antioxidants (137x the amount in conventional green tea!) Can I still use Ceremonial Grade in recipes? Of course! Many iced tea and cocktail recipes even specifically call for Ceremonial Grade Matcha. Where does this Matcha come from? Our Matcha is grown by Nagata Chaen, a single estate, organically focused family farm near the city of Uji in Kyoto, Japan. What if I don't like it?
