Flame arrest (mesh plate): A flame arrest system was developed that evenly distributes the heat generated by completely burning the flame of the gas burner and transmits it completely to the perforated drum.

Perforated drum: Kaldi's self-developed perforated drum uses 2mm-thick stainless steel and has a 3mm perforation, and it has a capacity of 300g and 3 stirring blades to evenly spread the roasting.

Component Description: The hopper, thermometer, bean sampler and chaff tray are integrated into the product to simplify the process of discharging beans by tilting the body after removing only the hopper at the end of roasting. A handle is also attached.
