Arabica (bourbon) coffee beans: renown for rich flavor and aroma, are grown in the small country of El Salvador located in the tropical longitudinal belt, unique for an optimal climate to grow premium coffee.
Natural Process: Our coffee is grown under a naturally shaded environment in the heights of the scenic mountains of El Salvador, harvested by hand, fully washed with an eco-friendly process, naturally dried in the fresh air and bright sun, hand-sorted for imperfections, and stored in a controlled environment to preserve freshness.
Zero Waste: Our coffee is processed with the ecofriendly “zero waste” system which reuses every single byproduct of the process. The water used in our coffee processing is treated in a bioreactor to be reused for irrigation, avoiding local river contamination. The coffee pulp is used for quality compost that is applied in our local farm.
Home roasting / small batch roasting: Ideal quantity for home roasters or small business that require small batch roasting. We recommend roasting it to a medium profile (also known as regular roast or city roast) to obtain the maximum expression of the properties of our coffee. The taste notes include low acidity, smooth sweet fruity body, and dark chocolate to mention a few. Other roast profiles will also provide excellent results, including light roasts and dark roasts.
Optimal Packaging: Our unique approach to packaging with a resealable bag in box system provides our product with maximum freshness while maintaining easy access and storage.
Strong Tower Coffee is grown and harvested in El Salvador, Central America, a land privileged with some of the best varieties of coffee worldwide. We are located at the on the slopes of the great “Volcán de San Salvador” surrounded by abundant vegetation and in the midst of the ideal climate for growing coffee. The undertaking of coffee processing We have fallen in love with the undertaking of process and selection of the best coffee and can assure that we are providing you with some of the best coffees of Latin America. Our coffee is grown and harvested at a high altitude which give it the title of a strict high-altitude coffee. On harvest day, the coffee is immediately brought to our processing plant where we shell and clean it, then put it our to dry naturally under the light of the sun. Once the coffee had dried, we remove any other imperfections following the rigorous European preparation. All this process is done so we can offer you a coffee that is 100% fresh and free of imperfections. Our coffee qualities Our coffee is rated as a smooth sweet coffee, this means that you can get the most out of our beans with a light roast (soon after the first crack).
