LIGHT ROAST COFFEE: This light roast coffee has been roasted in-house at our Good Citizen Coffee Co. roastery in Nashville, TN. Light roast coffees are exposed to lower temperatures than medium & dark roasts, making them brighter in flavor profile.

WASHED PROCESS: This is a washed process coffee in which the outer coffee cherry fruit is removed & the inner seeds are submerged in water before being dried. This processing creates a brighter, more distinct coffee flavor.
