About Wandering Bear Straight Black Organic Cold Brew
WHAT IS COLD BREW COFFEE? Cold brew is a type of iced coffee made by steeping coffee grounds in cold water for an extended period of time (between 12-24 hours). Traditional iced coffee is made by brewing hot coffee and then pouring it over ice. The cold brew process eliminates heat and brings out the big, bold flavors of coffee while leaving behind some of the acids and oils that make traditional iced coffee taste so bitter. Our cold brew has everything you love about coffee -- rich chocolate and dark fruit notes, full body, and a surprisingly smooth finish -- without the things you don't, like bitterness or acidity. Cold brew coffee is the best iced coffee.
