Description This Chicago Metallic 2-Piece Angel Food Cake Pan is the ultimate way to create a perfectly formed angel food cake or Bundt cake every time. Made from heavy-weight carbon steel for superior heat conduction and even baking with a silicone-based, nonstick coating for easy release and cleanup, this premium pan features special feet so it can be inverted to allow air to circulate underneath for even cooling. The 2-piece tube design makes it simple to lift the center piece out to effortlessly remove the cake from the pan. Measures 9-1/2 inches in diameter by 4 inches high, and holds approximately 16 cups, or can prepare one boxed cake mix. Handwashing is recommended to extend the life of the product.
