Security picture hardware locks framed artwork or mirrors to the wall with hidden hardware. The T-Screw Wrench is the tool that locks or unlocks the artwork from the wall. The security key or wrench is used by hotels, hospitals, museums, galleries and many public facilities that use picture security hardware. The T-lock wrench is a necessary tool for any institution that uses security picture hardware, but also useful for tradesmen, like painters or maintenance people who serve customers that use security hardware on their pictures. The Security Wrench set includes a short and long version. Since the hardware is not visible to the eye, you must locate the t-screw behind the art with the wrench. If the frame is more than 2 inches in width, the longer wrench may be necessary to reach up to 6 and a half inches behind the artwork. Our security tools are hardened steel to prevent the notch from wearing down and slipping on the t-screw.
