About Real Milk Paint, Pure Tung Oil For Wood
Real Milk Paint Pure Tung Oil Tung Oil is native to China and extracted from the seeds of the tung tree. Tung Oil is fast drying and provides a matte protective finish for a variety of wood surfaces. The oil penetrates into the wood grain and has a natural “Honey” color. Our Tung Oil provides the best color finish due to the quality and freshness. It’s ASTM Quality Tested and fresh pumped daily. This natural oil wood sealer is ideal for creating an antique style finish on furniture. Because of the thick viscosity of Dark Tung Oil, we recommend thinning it with a solvent such as Citrus Solvent or Odorless Mineral Spirits. Waterproof and Color Stable Tung Oil is color stable and does not darken over time like other oils such as linseed. It does not blister, or go rancid. Tung Oil forms a protective barrier and natural waterproof finish which resists abrasion and acids. Planet Friendly A natural way to finish wood surfaces. Tung Oil is VOC, heavy metal, distillate, and additive free. It is safe for food contact and great to use as a food grade cutting board oil. Versatile Tung Oil is great for home DIY projects or use by carpenters and woodworkers. Use on wood, bamboo, concrete, stone, brick, and about any porous surface. Tung Oil is ideal for use on wood floors, decking, cabinets, wood cutting boards, wood countertops, outdoor furniture, and siding.
