Benefits: Prevent Rack Damage Keep Your Hands Clean Quick Recovery Safe and Secure Recovery Point Looks Aggressive Features: 1/4” Synthetic Rope with Thimbles on Each End Including Protective Sleeve 5/16” Self-locking Winch Hook 1/2” D-Ring Shackle Durable Paracord Hook Holder Specifications: Strength: 9,000lbs ATV/UTV Requirements: D-ring shackle connection point: Typically this will is where you install a ball hitch. The pin on the 1/2” D-Ring Shackle has a diameter of 5/8” so just make sure the hole on your machine is greater than that. If you do not have the hole for a ball hitch (similar to the 2020 Can Am Renegade), then reference the dimensions of the D-Ring to ensure it can be installed. Object to Hang the Hook From. At least 18 inches between the object for the hook holder and the d-ring connection point to prevent the strap from hanging too low. Is my UTV too heavy for this strap? No. The heaviest UTV’s on the market come from the factory with only a 4500lb winch. Our strap is rated for 9,000lbs. Why do I need this strap? When you get stuck, you can now connect your friend’s winch hook or strap to the self-locking hook and be pulled out quickly rather than wasting time digging in the mud or damaging your rack.
