Steady-burning 5 watt bulbs are hand dipped in a pearlized gold silicone coating that produces a flexible, tapering, flame-like appearance. Light travels throughout the coating to the very tip and imparts a charming appearance to the bulb. The best part is the bulbs look attractive when unlit!
