The single pawl ratchet features 36-tooth gear has 10 degree of engagement that allowed for engagement in tight working areas. It is designed for tighter tolerances between pawl and gear which reduces metal fatigue and slippage under load. The single pawl does not require as many working parts, which reduces possible breakage and parts to repair. The enclosed head features Nickel/Chrome plating provides increase protection from rust and corrosion.
