About Dixon VN4000-200 Carbon Steel Pipe And Welding
This Dixon VN series straight nipple is used for connecting or extending pipes going in the same direction. It is straight on both ends (for welding) for connecting different types of pipe. It is made of carbon steel for tensile strength and hardness. The weld end creates tighter seals than threads and is grooved to allow removal of pipe sections for replacement, cleaning, and service. This fitting is suitable for use in air, water, oil, natural gas, and steam applications.
