About Beta 1491 Adjustable Oil Filter Wrench, Light Alloy
Traditional oil filter wrenches require a great deal of space because the handle must be turned many degrees before the metal band will tighten around the filter. With the 1491 Wrench by Beta, you simply place the metal band around the filter and then start tightening the knurled screw until the metal band is tight. Now you only need to move the handle a small amount. The metal band has small dimples to keep it from slipping on the oil filter. Fits all oil filters with diameters as small as 2.5 inches and as large as 4.25 inches.
