PROFESSIONAL GRADE - These are the same rubber webbing clips used by upholstery experts throughout the furniture industry
ECONOMICAL - If you've ever called around to get quotes on how much it costs to have seat webbing replaced, you know that it's not a cheap job. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars buying a new chair or paying someone to fix it, you can tackle the job yourself for a fraction of the cost
90 DEGREE - If planning on inserting the clips into the webbing channel on your workpiece, please make sure that your groove is cut at a 90 degree angle. These clips will not fit correctly in grooves that are cut at a 45 degree angle, but could still be installed with screws if desired
SECURE - Each clip contains four teeth that are designed to bite into the webbing when the clip is clamped down tight. Clamping the clips tight is easiest with a bench vise but can also be done with a pair of vise grips or even standard pliers
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS - We know how daunting it can be to take on a project you've never done before. With years of upholstery experience, we have put together step-by-step instructions so you can feel confident working on your project
Our mission at House2Home is to provide our customers with the highest quality upholstery supplies for all your DIY projects. Metal webbing clips are commonly found in Danish Modern style furniture and are distinguished by the groove cut in the front and the back rail of the seat. Occasionally there may also be grooves cut on each side of the seat frame with the idea being that the webbing should be installed in a weaving manner. These metal clips simply clamp down on 2" Pirelli, elastic, rubber, and elasbelt webbing, and then the clips simply slide into the groove. In the event that your piece of furniture does not have these grooves cut in the frame, the clips can also be installed by screwing the clips directly into the frame.
