This is a 4 piece set of precision machinist square made by Kinex Measuring who has been in the business of making quality and accurate measuring tool since 1906. The set included a 2-3/8”, 3" 4” and 6” square. These squares are perfect for the professional machinist, meticulous wood worker, or DIY perfectionist. Each square is made from 2 pieces of tool steel. The bases and blades are riveted together with 2 pins producing a strong and invisible joint. All faces and edges are ground and lapped for straightness and parallelism. Manufactured to strict German DIN 875/1 standards and guaranteed square to within 18 microns or 0.0007 inches (that’s seven ten-thousandths of an inch). Comes in a padded box. Includes signed inspection certificate.
