EASY TO USE - Like doing a drywall joint. Using disposable gloves, apply a heavy coat of Liquid Rubber Coating. Cut geo-textile to size, lay into coating, bleeding it through. Once tacked, apply additional coats as needed
About Liquid Rubber Geo-Textile - Use On Seams And Joints
Liquid Rubber Geo-Textile is composed of stitchbonded polyester: one of the strongest materials available in the industry. It is used to bridge joints, seams, vents, and protrusions in conjunction with Liquid Rubber Coatings. Application: Geo-Textile is applied using the 3 course method, similar to doing a drywall joint. Prepare the surface by cleaning and drying, ensuring it's free from dust, dirt, oils, silicone, flaking paint and coatings, salts, and other contaminates which may affect adhesion. Apply a heavy coat of Liquid Rubber Coating (ie. Liquid Rubber Waterproof Sealant) over joint. Cut Geo-Textile to size and lay into the coating, bleeding it through. Use disposable gloves. Once the coating tacks up, apply another heavy coat of the Liquid Rubber Coating on top. Once this is mostly dry, you can begin applying your recommended number of coats on top.
