USAGE: Easy install without extra tools. First, hand screws it on the shower arm/shower hose and the showerhead. Then connect 1/2 inch IPS female thread to the shower arm, the male side to the showerhead. Please make sure each connector has a gasket (it is better to use water tape to avoid leakage). Last, connect 1/2 inch IPS male thread end of the swivel to the showerhead.
