About Hinge Doctor HA1D / HA3D Set For Commercial Hinges
These three tools are the most commonly used Hinge Doctor tools. The new HA1D and HA3D are for the most common sizes of 4 inch to 5 inch commercial hinges. This new version allows you to use the tool two ways. You can slip it over the top hinge, while the door is closed. Open the door until you feel resistance, and open another 2-3 inches. Or you can use a Crescent Wrench, and adjust the hinge without opening the door for the HA1D and HA3D tools.
