UrsaMax creates a Mediterranean flavor to create your own Italian zesty dish! All Big Axe Spice blends are salt free, sugar free, gluten free, and preservative free! Big Axe Spice History: Big Axe Spice was created after "Mr. Big Axe" had open-heart surgery and needed to reduce his sodium intake. Loving robust flavors all his life, he sought out to the market for a replacement, but was not happy with the selection available at that time. Mr. Big Axe created his own blend (now the original Mega Flavor) full of all the bold flavors he loved - without the salt! This became his friends' and family's go-to spice blend for years to come. He was finally convinced to bring his spice blends to the market. Hence, Big Axe Spice, LLC began.
