Endure Oropharyngeal Airway kits include 9 different sizes: 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm, 90mm, 100mm, 110mm,120mm. These airways cover a range of patient sizes: Infants: 40mm, 50mm, 60mm Children: 70mm, 80mm, 90mm Adults: 100mm, 110mm. 120 mm. These semirigid Guedel Oral Airways are used to make an airway between the mouth and the posterior pharyngeal wall. When the tongue and/or epiglottis in anesthetized or unconscious patients fall back against the posterior pharynx, it obstructs airflow, necessitating the use of an oral airway. The Guedel Oral Airway Kit is used on unconscious patients to keep the airway open, allow fluid suction, and depress the patient's tongue to prevent airway blockage.
