Use dish detergent and warm water and clean your lenses on the inside using lots of running water under the sink until no suds remain

Under running water, wet your lenses and the stick on and place the stick on the bottom inside of your lens while applying light pressure. Repeat for other lens

Remove from water and pat dry with a paper towel. If placement is not correct or bubbles are present, peel off and start over.

While ready for immediate use, it's a good idea to let sit for up to 2 hours before using. If bubbles do form after a few hours or day, you'll need to repeat the process again.
