USEAGE: The Headache Hat comes assembled with 24 ice cubes sewn inside. Keep it folded in the storage bag provided, and place it in the freezer until needed. Wrap it around the head, neck or affected body area for cooling relief. If it feels too cold right out of the freezer, use the Micor Fleece Barrier between your head and the wrap. Use for 20 minutes or as recommended by your DR.
