For Double Paned Windows 0.3"-1.2" Thickness:This double side window cleaner only supports 0.3"-1.2" glass thickness.For glasses above 1.2", it is not suitable, otherwise it can not work or fall off the window. And kindly wet the windows both sides , if the windows are too dry, window cleaner will fall off too since it has too much resistance.
