This is a 2 card set that features the Emergency Severity Index (ESI) widely used in the triage process. These cards feature the overall flowchart, grid showing which tasks counts as a resource or not, and the details and definitions section. Content of this card is based on version 4 which is the newest version of the ESI. We are pleased to be the exclusive provider of the Emergency Severity Index products. Purchasing these products gives you the license to use the tool in these products, only. These badge cards comes from a series of cards that puts hard to memorize information at your fingertips. It has a standard slot pre-punched that will work with badge clips and badge reels. This set comes in both vertical or horizontal format. Purchase whichever version works best for you. Cards are made of durable plastic, waterproof, and are each about half the thickness of a credit card so it wont weigh down your badge reel or feel bulky.
